Our Yoga Philosophy

At Aprameya, we believe that consistent practice is the greatest teacher. Inspired by the yogic principle “Abhyāsa eva paramo guruḥ”, our approach emphasizes regular, sincere effort as the path to true transformation. Rather than quick fixes, we encourage steady practice that integrates breath, movement, and mindfulness. This daily commitment cultivates strength, focus, and inner awareness — turning knowledge into lived experience. We guide students to show up with patience and dedication, knowing that real growth unfolds over time. Through this, yoga becomes not just a practice, but a way of life.

About the Founder

Meet Hema, a seasoned and deeply passionate yoga instructor with over 15 years of Yoga practice experience. Hema embodies the wisdom, strength, and serenity that come from a lifelong dedication to the practice of yoga.
She founded Aprameya with a vision to promote a personal path to healing and self-awareness, and it has since evolved into an online centre to guide others through their own transformational journeys.
Hema is trained in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga and her classes are a thoughtful blend of movement, breathwork, and meditation. Her teaching is rooted in both ancient yogic philosophy and modern anatomical understanding, making her sessions accessible, enriching, and safe for practitioners of all ages and levels.
Known for her calm presence and compassionate guidance, Hema offers more than just a physical workout—she creates a sacred space where students can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and build resilience from the inside out. She believes yoga is a lifelong journey and welcomes everyone with an open heart and a wealth of knowledge.
Whether you're seeking strength, stress relief, or deeper self-awareness, Hema’s nurturing and experienced approach will support you every step of the way on and off the mat.
